Stunning Art Deco 1930's German Shepherd dogs metal lamp with slag glass shade. It is truly exquisite! The deco dogs are German Shepherds - one is sitting, and the other is laying down. The lamp is made out of some kind of metal with a copper bronze finish. The glass slip-in shade is made of green and black slag glass. The overall measurement of the lamp is 8-1/2" tall, 7-1/2" wide, and 6" deep. The shade alone measures 7-1/2" tall and 7-1/2" wide . There are no signatures or manufacture marks that we could find, but it is quality. The estimated value was $250.00 according to the estate. Our reserve is only $95.00. The condition is amazingly very good - no chips, breaks, cracks, or repairs. It looks and works great. This fabulous deco lamp came from an estate in San Francisco, and is vintage. It has a great deco look - very charming and unique. A rare and wonderful find. Pictures don't do it justice. It is truly quality deco piece, and would make a wonderful addition to someone's collection. Buyer pays shipping and insurance. Paypal, money orders, and checks are acceptable.
