This is an exquisite small size antique oil lamp shade that measures about 7 1/8" tall, 4 3/8" at the widest with a 3 3/8" fitter. The top opening is just under 1 1/4" diameter. An antique shade in excellent condition without any chips, cracks or repairs. Most of the old shades I've owned have a few chips on the fitter but this one has none. Much of the outside is frosted and the floral etching is done in a beautiful Art Nouveau style. The form of the shade is excellent as well with it's small fluted top. The frosting on the glass is a little uneven in some areas but that's the way it was made. There are some tiny white house paint dots on the surface from age that will come off with a little effort. From the local estate of an oil lamp collector, it's beautiful and in the best antique condition of any I've seen.
Being vintage, many of my items are one of a kind so please bid early so you don't miss out, I rarely relist! Shipping estimate within the U.S. is $12.00 UPS which includes the cost of packing materials and tracking, fragile items are double boxed. Insurance is extra in some cases and required with Paypal, items selling for $250.00 or more also require signature confirmation at an additional cost of $2.00. Please pay within 7 days of auction's end and contact us within 3 days to confirm your purchase. At this time my auctions are U.S. only but I will consider bids from International bidders on a case to case basis. If you live outside the U.S. and want to use Paypal to pay, shipping is by the more expensive Global Express with tracking, full insurance and full value for customs. Sorry, I will not ship internationally by cheaper methods for a Paypal payment and I can only ship to the address on the buyer's Paypal account. International bidders, please email me if you can agree to these terms. And please don't hesitate to email with any questions before bidding, I'm always happy to reply.

- Payment must be received within 7 days of the auction end. Please contact us with 3 days to confirm your purchase.
- We ship within 3 business days of cleared payment.
Shipping
*We will send the winning bidder an invoice within 24 hours, sometimes the following morning after auction's end. Please do not pay until you receive the invoice as there may be variable shipping insurance costs that need to be added to the total.
*Tracking and full insurance is required on all Paypal paid items and I can only ship to the address on the buyer's Paypal account.
*Paypal also requires Signature Confirmation on items selling for $250.00 or more.
*We charge actual shipping cost plus a small fee for new packing materials we must purchase to ensure the safe delivery of your item. We will combine shipping on multiple purchases whenever we can but on some very large or fragile items it just may not be possible. We pack carefully with the thick bubble wrap and double box all breakable items. Please let us know if you have any specific shipping or packing requests before you pay. We use crumpled newspaper for cushioning which works well, is earth friendly, post office acceptable, and saves you money. Styrafoam packing peanuts are expensive, we can use peanuts at your special request but there may be an additional charge depending on how much is used, please let us know before paying.
Terms of Sale
*At this time my auctions are U.S. only but I will consider bids from International bidders on a case to case basis. If you live outside the U.S. and want to use Paypal to pay, shipping is by the more expensive Global Express with tracking, full insurance and full value declared for customs. Minimum Express shipping cost is $30.00 for small items and the cost goes up from there. If you can agree to these shipping terms for Paypal payments please email me and let me know.
*We never ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. We do ship your item within 3 business days of cleared payment. Sorry, but we are unable to travel to the post office everyday. We ship only small items by USPS due to their balloon rates on larger packages which cannot be calculated or forseen before the actual time of shipping. If your item is sent FedEx or UPS to save on shipping cost due to size, transit time may take longer than USPS Priority.
*I accept returns if I've grossly misdescribed but please email me within 3 days of receipt of your item to let me know. Sorry, shipping is not refundable and I do not provide refunds from my own pocket for postal shipping damage though I will assisit you in filing a claim however I can.
