13 ½” Standing Vintage Santa
About 1950
When I received this Santa he had stumps for hands,
White boots and a plastic white belt.
A plastic head and still with all of this,
His beauty showed through. I love these
Old Santa’s.
He has his original hat and Suit,
which appears to be a velvety corduroy
and has such lovely soft age to it.
I have replaced his head with one of my own.
Notice his lovely ears, and almost glass eyes.
His suit is trimmed in that lovely old faux fur.
I have given him a leather belt, and now his
boots are black, much more fitting. He has
hands now, instead of stumps, and I have
made him an old cotton flannel drawstring bag,
with red leather drawstrings.
He is holding a bottle brush tree and in his right
hand there is an adorable tiny teddy that someone
made. It is really precious, made of chenille,
and it can be removed.
There are three packages hanging from the bag,
and the bag is weighted to sit well on the floor.
There is a perfect celluloid tiger and a hard
plastic goat.

Please do not hesitate to ask questions prior to bidding. I want you to be happy & will combine shipping on multiple wins when possible
Buyer is responsible for packages sent without insurance. My responsibility ends when the package is put into Post Office hands. Please take this into consideration when bidding or buying. If your package is not delivered in a timely manner, please check with the Post Offices the problem is theirs. In two years, I have never had a package get lost, but sometimes they come a bit late. I will help in any way that I possibly can as it would be devastating to not receive something that you paid for. I accept Paypal, Cashiers Check or Money orders. If you have purchased from me multiple times, a personal check is fine.
However in January eBay will only let sellers take Paypal.
If possible I hope you will look at my other items. Thanks for stopping by.
Canadian bids are always welcome.
