I am offering up for auction a great clock not only for the clock enthusiast but for the collector of Ball Watches and railroad memorabila. It is a short drop or schoolhouse regulator.Clock runs fine but sure it would benifit from a cleaning.Clock measures 24" tall, is oak with unrestored original finish. The correct movement is the Seth Thomas 41A eight day, time only movement. The clock has a good Ball Watch Co. label with what I beleive is a Seth Thomas label underneath. Both upper and lower glass is wavy and appear to be original. I removed the metal dial as to photograph movement and show back side of dial. Original dial is faded with quite a lot of flaking to the paint. I believe there are dial refinishing companies that could restore the dial to original condition.Dial screws are of various sizes but can be replaced. Clock appears to be in original condition and hasn't been tampered with or been from collector to collector. Not sure if the postal calculator will be correct but will not charge more than actual shipping. If there is an overcharge I will reimburse the high bidder after clock is shipped.
