• Shipping and Handling is fixed for Expedited Shipping within the Continental U.S.
• Shipping fee is non-refundable.
• For the return of qualified non-defective items, a restocking fee of $10 minus the shipping and handling charged would apply. (eg. If S&H was $5, restocking fee would be $10 - $5 = $5)
• USPS Shipping: USPS uses delivery confirmation instead of tracking. According to USPS.com “Delivery Confirmation only provides you with a confirmation of the delivery date and time once the article has been delivered and scanned at the Post Office of addressee - it does not provide for any tracking through the mail stream.“
• International Shipping: If your customs office/government charges additional taxes, you are responsible for them. We have no way to know if, or how much that will be. Please consult your local customs office or government for more information. We cannot mark items as a gift. For insurance and customs purposes all items will be marked with the price you paid.
