Slash (born Saul Hudson on July 23, 1965) is a guitarist for the hard rock band Velvet Revolver, and former lead guitarist for Guns N' Roses. He is known for his long curly black hair, his signature oversized top hat, his love for Jack Daniel's, and, usually, a cigarette dangling from his mouth.
