Large mumei blade in shirasaya and tachi koshirae with wood tsunagi.
The blade is attributed to Kanetoyo of Kaga Province by NBTHK Hozon Paper dated 1985. The tachi koshirae is ranked Tokubetsu Kicho by NBTHK paper also dated 1985.
The blade is in fine polish, minor surface scratches, tiny pittings visible on kissaki (see photo). Guaranteed against fatal flaws such as hagire and shinae, otherwise sold as is.
