1950s Vendolator 44 VINTAGE OLD Coca-Cola Coke Machine

You are bidding on a 1950s Vendolator 44 Coke Machine.

THIS IS THE MACK DADDY OF ALL COKE MACHINES - THE SMALL SIZE MAKES IT A FAVORITE FOR GAME ROOMS AND COKE COLLECTORS ALIKE. It can be moved around by one person and takes very little space with its slender design. 1956 was the year of the white-top color scheme for coolers and Vendorlator was no exception. The VMC 44 was certainly one of the smallest ever. The VMC 44 and the Vendo V-44 are virtually identical machines. The only real distinguishing feature is the absence of the chrome coin bezel which was part of the Vendo model. In fact, there are serial plates on some of the machines stating that they were being made under license to each other.

I bought this as part of a collection about 10 years ago. It has been in my storage ever since. As far as I know, the machine is complete and all parts are there - including the key. I have no reason to suspect that the machine is not in full working order, but I make no warranties. I have never plugged it in as the plug on the end of the cord needs replacing as it has been smashed.

Cosmetic condition of machine is good - there is no major damage of note - lots of small scratches and small pings. It has a few paint rub areas visible in the pictures that are there from when the machine was in use. The machine appears to have been repainted or touched up many years ago - perhaps just for cosmetic purposes by the bottler themselves. Paint is not perfect, but machine is nice enough to display as is or would make great restoration project.

I have to make space in my warehouse. This machine is PICK UP ONLY - WE WILL NOT SHIP VENDING MACHINES. Payment must be made within 10 days of aucton end. We can hold these for up to 30 days for you to arrange pick-up or can arrange possible delivery if you contact us at least 48 hours in advance of auction end to discuss delivery costs, etc. AGAIN, PICK-UP ONLY UNLESS DELIVERY PLANS ARE MADE BEFORE AUCTION END.
