Fab English lantern clock on a wooden stand. They don’t come any nicer then this. Sold by the factory as Cromwell wall clock.
This clock features are:
- Nice engravings in the brass plates of the clock house. A small poem about life, time and death.
- App. 1950s old
- Marked John Smith London on the dial.
- 2 weight 8 day clock work.
- Large dial with roman numbers.
- Wooden stand. br>
- Pendulum swings in the back.
- Chimes on a large brass bell on top one time for the half hour and a full set of strikes for the full hour.
- It hangs 21" tall and 6.5" wide and 6.5" deep.
- In excellent condition, minor signs of use on stand and clock, brass needs cleaning.
