Vintage Aerolux Illuminating POPEYE Light Bulb
Offered in this no reserve auction is this vintage Aerolux working lightbulb with Popeye illuminating on the inside of the bulb. It is in good working condition. There is paint wear on the lower half that was there to hide the filament. It would look cool with the filament showing. The bulb fits any standard socket and measures 4" in length. I believe this was used in the Popeye "Happy" boat lamp, and was made in New York in the 1940s.
