RETURNS: If your item arrives defective or broken we will gladly replace it at no cost to you. You will not have to pay shipping charges to send it (any broken item) back, we will send you a pre-paid return label, as long as you notify us within 3 days of receipt.. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of any broken or defective item, so we can personally handle your replacement or refund. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will refund your purchase price (less shipping costs) if the item is returned in it's original packaging. |
