I guess it's an antique Sambo style African character googly-eyed, pull-string pendant/pen. Approx. 3x3 inches and made of pressed tin. Signed "Germany" on the back. Nice metal pin, very racist and very old. Two longpins in the back to hold it on, original long pullstring, in good shape. Eyes go all googly and rotate around. Very offensive...sorry.
