RMA for shipping damage must be requested within 10 business days of reciept To request an RMA please email us at support@jplgoods.com Once the item has been returned and verified to be in original condition a refund will be immediately issued to the paying paypal account less actual shipping & handling charges for exchanges. You will be responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us for exchanges. Items that are returned due to shipping damage will be picked up by fedex to be returned to us and a replacement item will be sent to you if one is instock. |
