INSURANCE:

DETAILED SELLER RATINGS and FEEDBACK

With all of the major changes that eBay has undertaken as of late posting fees for sellers have been reduced; however, final value fees have been extensively increased.

EBay offers Power Sellers with a detailed seller rating of 4.6 to 5.0 a small reduction in Final Value Fees.

This reduction, even a small reduction, in fees means lower handling charges and lower prices for the consumer.

While eBay explains to Buyers that a rating of 4.0 equals a “good” rating, they punish sellers with ratings below 4.6, or “excellent” by removing the available discounts and moving their item down the list of searched items.
