You are bidding on a authentic Saddam Hussein RED signed document. This document has gold leaf trim and has few bad spots which you can enlarge and see. This is truly a investment if you can afford it. If in doubt about the signature compare with the rare History autographs and manuscript sites on the web. The prices for his signature in red are from $7,000 to $10,000 and the others I have seen DO NOT have the gold leaf look. Doing research about this document very few Iraqi have seen his real signature and his authentic red signature is hard to find. I have seen in my research black and blue signatures that are NOT authentic so a word of advise if you do buy a document with the black or blue signature be careful.
