I am not an expert in antique photography, but this is a beautiful (and old) cabinet card (for information on these, search wikipedia.com). Picture shows very light crazing when you hold it horizontally under a strong light. It is mounted on a backing from a company in Philipsburg, PA called Larson. Reverse is per the photo.
