  Being offered is this great antique primitive Wooden Wash Tub in Original Blue Paint with No Reserve! This wash tub has wonderful smooth patina from age and being much used to wash laundry, dishes and probably even babies! This tub was found here in North Carolina. The tub measures 17 inches high and 20 inches in diameter at the top of the handles. The handles were made by handcarving them into the wood. It is tapered to 18 inches at the base of the tub. It has dried out over the years and will no longer hold water but can beautifully hold magazines, dried flowers, Christmas greenery and many things that you can creatively imagine. It has a lot of lasting beauty. The color is a magnificient blue. It has been used much in its long life and has had repairs to its bands and bottom but is very strong and a wonderful primitive antique. The pictures speak for the beauty of this local NC primitive that is about 130 years old! Remember you are bidding with No Reserve. You will seldom see one of these wooden wash tubs, especially in the best untouched original blue as this one. Do let this one pass you by!
