• COMBINED S&H DISCOUNT!  If you purchase more than one item from me on auction or from my store, please wait for an invoice with discounted S&H charges.  Regardless of the number of small items you purchase, your S&H charge stays the same.  For example, if you win one pin on auction and the S&H is $3, then you win another 2 or 3 or 4 ... your S&H charge will still be only $3, no matter how many small items you add to the package.  The only way you can get that S&H discount for winning more than one auction is to wait for the combined invoice from me.  I promise to invoice you the same day the auction ends, usually within just a few minutes of auction end.
• S&H CHARGES -- LET ME BREAK IT DOWN -- Most of my items such as pins and lanyards weigh under 3 ounces -- and the most reliable and cost-effective method of shipping these small items is via USPS first class mail.  The actual cost to ship to any U.S. location is a little under $2.  I charge a flat $3 for these small packages, so the extra $1 is for my packaging materials (bubble wrap, tape, padded envelopes, labels, etc.).
• PRIORITY MAIL OPTION: I offer priority mail as second choice for shipping lightweight items, and the only choice for shipping items heavier than 13 oz.  The best thing about using priority mail is that USPS provides the boxes for free.  The actual postage cost of priority mail to all U.S. locations is $4.75 for packages weighing less than one pound.  I charge a flat $5, so my handling charge for priority mail is only 25 cents.  The other cool thing about priority mail is that you can track your package online, and delivery confirmation is free for me because I print the postage at home.  Just to clarify: $5 is my standard flat charge for priority mail packages weighing less than 2 pounds.  If I sell an item that is heavier (which is rare for me) the cost may be a few dollars more.
• HANDLING CHARGES (the "H" in S&H) -- Let me reiterate ... I do not charge more than approx $1 for "handling" (which covers quality packing materials and gas to drive to the post office) ... there are some sellers who use shipping as a way to make extra money ... not me -- that is not fair to the buyers, and I will not do it. 
  
• PICKY PACKER HERE!  I wrap each pin and lanyard with bubble paper and ship in a padded envelope when you select first class mail.  When you select priority mail, I wrap in tissue or bubble paper, place the item in a plastic bag, and ship in a box.  Rest assured, your items will arrive protected -- money back guarantee!
• INSURANCE IS OPTIONAL, and will show up as a separate line on your invoice.  I have sold thousands of items, and I have yet to have USPS damage or lose an item.  If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, you can send it back to me for a full refund or exchange if I have more of the same item.
  
• FREE S&H OFFERS!  When you purchase lightweight buy-it-now items from my eBay store, your first class S&H to U.S. or Canada is FREE!  When you spend over $100 with me, I ship priority mail for FREE S&H (except for packages weighing more than 3 pounds, such as jackets, pin bags, and pin lots).
• EXTRAS!  When you spend more than $100, I send surprise items such as Disney newsletters ... just for the fun of it.
• SHIPPING TIME: Your package leaves my house within two business days of receiving payment, often the same day.  I take packages to the post office every day -- even Sundays, to ensure it is in USPS's hands as soon as possible.  Once you pay, you've done your part, so I promise to send your stuff to you in a jiffy!  Rarely (but it can happen) the package is delayed within the postal service.  Usually holidays are slower.  First class mail packages arrive within a week; priority mail packages arrive within 3 days ... if you do not get your item in a timely manner, email me and I will help you track it, or you can track it online with the link within the item listing.
  
• HOW LONG DO I WAIT FOR PAYMENT?  If you win an auction but want to continue shopping and try for a combined shipping discount, that is really great with me!  Just send me an email to let me know ... and take your time.  I may send out automatically-generated payment reminders if more than two weeks go by ... if you get one of those reminders, just email me to let me know your intent to pay.
• eBAY's FEEDBACK AND DSRs -- eBay rewards PowerSellers for having high scores on feedback and DSRs (those stars you see when you leave feedback for sellers).  Click on my Feedback number and you'll see I have 100% positives, really great comments, and high DSRs!  It is my goal to keep it that way.  eBay gives me a discount on fees if my ratings are high, so the more stars I get, the more money I can save, and I pass along those savings to you by continuing to offer shipping discounts.  Although eBay lowered their listing fees, they RAISED their final value fees, which means the Feedback and DSRs are critical to sellers like me.  If you buy from me and are not completely satisfied, please email me before you rate me less than perfect.  I will do all I can to satisfy your buying experience .... please give me all the positives and all the stars!
