EARLY PHOTOGRAPH of 2 KIOWA GIRLS by H.P. ROBINSON, FORT SILL, O.T.
This is a rare, early photographic image of 2 Kiowa girls taken by H.P. Robinson of Fort Sill, Oklahoma Territory, with his stamp on the back and circa 1870 to 1880s, or so. Actual image is 4 3/8" by 7" and mounted on a stiff cream colored cardboard mount that is 6 3/8" by 8 1/2". Condition is very good with no damage to the photograph and just some minor staining of the mount board. The image is marked "Kiowa Girls" and "40." on the negative. This has been in a New England collection for many years, and it is guaranteed authentic. Cashier's check, money order, personal check, or PayPal accepted.
