 This is a neat 1960 manual titled "Speaking of Spokes, Spoke and Nipple Handbook".  It was put out by the Torrington Company, Cycle Parts Division in Torrington, Connecticut.  There are seven pages in this manual which describe by illustration and sentences "The Laced Wire Wheel, Spokes, Facts on Nipples, Handy Spoke Length Tables", etc., etc.  Condition is good, but there is some seperation of pages at the top.  Thanks for your interest, and I do ship to anywhere in the world.  I Accept Paypal, and to the residents of the U.S., I accept PayPal, personal check, or money order.  Check out the other bicycle related items which I have listed.
