Original bank check signed by American aviator and race car driver Eddie Rickenbacker (1890-1973), who was an early race car driver,  a flying "Ace" in WWI and who earned the Congressional Medal of Honor in WWII.  He also became president of Eastern Airlines.  Dated January 11, 1972 and made out to "Indianapolis 500 Oldtimers' Club".   Size about 2 3/4" x 6 1/4".
