Placing bids and buying from ebay auctions is just like a real auction event, you bid, and at the same time enter into a legally binding agreement to fulfil your purchase should you be the winner.

    " Most of the items on eBay are auction-like listings and involve submitting a bid. Bidding is meant to be enjoyable, but remember that each bid you place enters you into a binding contract".

Furthermore, ebay also states the following;

    Buyers cannot:

• Commit to purchasing an item (either by winning the item or buying an item in a Buy It Now listing) without paying. To understand the penalties, please refer to the Unpaid Item Policy.
• Misuse the bid retraction option to manipulate the bidding process.
• Bid on or buy an item when they do not meet the seller’s terms as outlined in the item listing, or bid or buy with the intention of disrupting a listing. This is known as unwelcome and malicious buying.
• Engage in shill bidding to artificially increase an item’s price or apparent desirability. Bidders on an item must be wholly independent from the seller of that item.

Our terms state clearly, if you are not going to honour your bid, please do not bid, it is against ebay policy and moreover a matter of general courtesy for the seller and other wanting buyers.

If a breach of any policies affects our auctions they will be reported to ebay and the offending bidder will be banned from our further auctions, negative feedback may also be left.

All items shipped are done so within the guidelines of postal authorities, items are declared as they are. We only sell quality items. Additionally, we pack and ship the items you purchase professionally to ensure each item arrives safely and in the listed condition. We use FedEx, DHL and EMS depending on the availability and speed of each courier at that particular time and in some cases we use Registered Air mail, see item description if unsure. 

Insurance is offered as an option unless specified in description as included or not applicable. All shipping prices include a standard handling fee that includes the cost of all packaging materials professionally and is within the reasonable charges as per ebay's policies with regards to shipping and handling. We are not selling on ebay to make money from shipping fees or circumvent ebays listing fees and / or charges. Items are typically shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment. You will be notified by email when your payment has been received, and again once your item has been shipped, relevant shipping details will also be provided. 

BEFORE YOU BID, PLEASE NOTE; We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military P.O.'s and that is simply not negotiable, sorry, so please provide a standard mailing address with your payment whereby some one will be able to signature receive your item. When you pay by PayPal, and your shipping address is different than your confirmed address in PayPal, you must email us directly to advise of the requested change, failure to do so may result in your item being delayed or even not shipped at all, your purchase may even be refunded and you will be asked again to pay with an appropriate confirmed address. As you can very well see by my current feedback I strive to achieve many things, but honesty always comes first.

Feedback is a very important part of any ebay transaction in my opinion, and I take it very seriously indeed. Once a customer "New Friend" leaves feedback after a transaction I can be sure that the transaction has completed, and only then once I know all is well and satisfaction is at the 100% level will I then return feedback.
