Welcome to my auction...
From a recent antiques auction we are happy to present this rare House of Tre-Jur Suivez Moi (Follow Me) figural perfume bottle.
Unlike the scarce few other Suivez Moi bottles you will find, this bottle was not produced in 1925, but in 1930's. The ending of the Art Deco craze, and the begining of the Colonial.
I new she was different, her hat had a diiferent shape, and she stood taller overall, so I went to e-Bays discussion boards to ask the experts for help. Below I will a post a response from a well know perfume bottle collector. She explains the bottle much better than I could.
**This is probably the last type of the bottle that was made, after the 1920s Art Deco abstract styled bottle. This probably dates to the early 1930s when the more Colonial style was coming to light and getting popular. Its very pretty. Just a interesting bottle showing how perfume companies conformed to the new styles. I love it! I would say its rare as I have NEVER seen this exact bottle before. Good luck!!
The bottle is in remarkably good condition. with no chips, cracks, or breaks that I can see or feel. The dauber "rod" however has been broken off. There is still a small portion left, and this break does not in any way hamper the sitting of the womans torso, nor can you see it when the torso is resting on the skirt.
There is some residue of the old perfume remaining, which with care it's new owner could remove. The scent of the old perfume is slight, but there.
The bottle has no acid etching marks on the bottom.
Along with the perfume bottle you will recieve the original House of Tre-Jur box. It measures approx. 5.25 x 4.25 x 1.75".
It carries a small detailed picture of the perfum bottle in the upper left corner, and has the companies name and pattent, along with the scents name on the back. It is in great condition with some yellowing from age.
***All International bidders will pay actual shipping costs and insurance via United States Post Office Priority International Shipping.

Thank you...
**A special thanks to all the perfume collectors on the Discussion Boards who helped answer my questions :)
