This bike is extremely clean and original.
We received this bike from the orignal owner, who bought it in Elgin, IL in 1971 for his grandson. His grandson rode it for three summers and it has been stored in his basement for the last 35 years.
The seat is in excellent condition with it's original tag. It has front and rear caliper brakes. All the gears work great and are very tight. Both tires are original, and therefore show their age. The front tire will hold air. The rear tire will not hold air. All the chrome is in excellent condition.
This bike is very rare and it's hard to find one that is 100% original and has never been messed with.
This is a MUST HAVE for any serious collector and would make a great Christmans gift!
