Up for auction are two Stourbridge Opalescent Vaseline Glass Bullet Lamp Shades. Each are a Victorian Bullet shaped Lamp shade, in Vaseline Glass with an opalescent, swirl pattern. These wonderful circa 1880s shades, glow with stunning bright Yellow green luminosity under a black light, see photo #1, and were made at one of the Stourbridge factories in England. They measure 9 inches high with a diameter at the widest point of 4 ½ inches, the fitter rim diameter is 3 ¼ inches. They are in EXCELLENT condition with no cracks or chips, there is a small factory flaw at the tip of one of the shades, see photo # 8, I mentioned for accuracy only. Overall these are superb Victorian lamp shades.
