I recently purchased a collection of retired, previously owned Department 56 village pieces.

~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~

This auction is for a RETIRED Department 56 Snow Village green roof "Haunted Mansion" item #54935.  It is a Mint condition piece in its original box and sleeve.  Sleeve has minor storage wear.  I found 2 small white spots on one side that may be paint misses or rubs.  They're very minor but I wanted to mention them.

It comes with its  original lighted, motorized carousel that projects ghosts, bats and witches on the windows from inside the house.  It has been tested and works fine.
