This is an adorable plush Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat Talking Plush. He is about 20" tall from top of hat to foot. He is in wonderful condition. His tush tag is still attached. He was made by Mattel. When you pull his bowtie his hat scrunches down and he talks. He says.......Hi there, how are you?.......I'm the Cat in the Hat.........Ah haaaaaa.....Hahahahah.
