Original OEM factory made 1934 FORD Flathead flat head V8 emblem ( #1) crest grille ornament vintage stock antique possibly cloisonne.From my late uncle's huge collection. He restored and sold many antique cars/trucks from the early 1900's thru the late 1930's models. He started collecting parts/restoring vehicles in the late 1930's and never quit till he passed away in the late 1990's. This is only one of over 150-200 emblems/hood ornaments/VIN tags/model tags that i have.The only car he ever KEPT was his 1916 Stutz Bearcat that he restored in the mid 1950's and he kept until he fell ill in the late 1990's then sold it. This is a nice original oem grille emblem from a 1934 FORD flathead V8 car. May poissibley be correct for a truck also?? The chromed V8 piece has the manufacturers ## 40-8217 B on it. The blue crest background has the ## 40-8221 cast into it. I have another of these 1934 emblems also that is not quite as nice as this....but the V8 chromed part has #40-8217 WITHOUT the B in it? Same exact emblem except the B. THIS emblem HAS the B on it. May list it later. Please contact me if interested in it. This #1 emblem would be great for a driver/local show quality restoration or original car. ORRRR if you want a superb core to re-chrome for an ALL ORIGINAL PARTS restoration..THIS is your part!!!!
