Book Houdini THE UNMASKING OF ROBERT-HOUDIN 1st
If you are looking for a copy of this title in tiptop collector condition at a high price, this copy is not a candidate. However, if you are looking for a decent copy at an affordable price this copy is worth checking out.
Written and published by Harry Houdini in 1908 1st American edition, New York City, brown pictorial cloth, frontispiece with tissue guard, nicely illustrated throughout, and containing 319 pages. This copy is tight in binding with a slight crease running thru one corner, along with a ding at the foot of several pages. The cover and spine is overall excellent, showing a few signs of aging along with one tiny faded spot on the spine.
NOTE: This item is from a recently purchased collection that was in storage for over 30 years. The conditions were not ideal, and the material smells musty. A little tender loving care by the new owner giving the item a good airing-out would restore vitality.
