Fresh from a local antique clock collection, here is an antique Anniversary clock featuring an Art Nouveau look that needs a little attention. I believe it is German. It is missing it's dome and pendulum hanger but seems to be otherwise complete. The disc pendulum is the one that was with it when I purchased the clock from the estate so I am assuming it is the correct one. It is impressed "D.R P No 144688" & "751688" on the movement along with the number "7633". This clock needs celaning up because it has been in a dusty environment for many years but it seems to be mostly corrosion free and the movement moves freely and winding spring and the escapement both seem to be working as they should. The porcelain dial has one 1" long hairline between the 10 & 11 marks and one minor scratch above the center shaft. My feeling is that this clock should clean up and polish nicely and that the case is damage free. It measures 10" high with a base diameter of 7 3/4" and a dial bezel diameter of 3". Potentially a beautiful early anniversary clock.
