Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs via USPS first class mail. If you prefer priority it will be extra just e-mail me after you win and I will let you know. I will ship packages as quickly as I can, but I have no control over transit time once packages have been dropped off at the post office. Insurance is recommended and is optional with additional fee. The USPS does lose and damage packages. I will not be responsible for lost or damaged items that are not insured.
