What About Returns? At first we offered
returns. Then we quickly ran into problems such as a buyer simply changing his mind after receiving the item
or a buyer who actually tried to replace the auction item with another of lesser condition. We have found it is easier for us and
you if we describe each item as completely as possible, provide multiple, full-color pictures that
you can enlarge, and offer multiple ways to contact us.
Second hand
items are sold as-is. This does not mean that we are entirely inflexible
should a problem arise. We will work with you to come to a mutually
satisfactory agreement to resolve any problems.

How Do We Grade?
For action figures, statues and other items we look
at all related features of the card/box and the figure or item itself. We give a complete
description of each of these sections noting any flaws or defects.
For comic books, we look at every book and grade it
according to six categories: front cover, back cover, corners, edges, spine
& staples, interior pages.
We
include large, full-color scans with each auction. When we have completed
the auction page, we are confident that you know exactly what you are bidding
on and that there will be no surprises at auction's end.

How Do We Ship?
We ship via
priority mail for domestic bidders (parcel post
for large packages) and air for international bidders.

domestic packages we will use parcel post, which is cheaper.
We do
combine separate auctions under a single shipping fee.
You pay
only the cost required to ship.
Delivery
confirmation is mandatory on all packages and included in the shipping
fee. We recommend insurance, but it is your option. We add $2.00 for
packing.
