This auction is for 12 very old Ball Mason 1/2 gallon canning jars. They are vintage jars in great condition, no cracks. There may be some minor fleabites or some roughness on the rims which is normal on vintage jars of this era, but these are very nice. These have been hand washed, but you'll likely want to give them a final wash yourself. We can not combine this with any other lot because of the size. These pre-date the Perfect Mason jars. Numerous bubbles in the glass add character to these old beauties. There are no zinc lids. All 12 jars are embossed either Ball or Ball Mason.
These are the light blue (almost clear) Ball & Ball Mason jars, not the dark blue Ball Perfect Mason jars.
These are perfect for canning and new brides are using them for holding flowers, candles or candy on their reception tables. The soft glow these give off with a tea lite candle inside really offsets the tables during the dance. Also great for craft projects, home brewing and for the jar collector.
We can not combine this with any other lot because of the size and fragile nature, all jars are wrapped seperately and carefully. And we package them to arrive quickly and safely. See our feedback to judge quality and packaging. We usually ship within one day, except on week-ends.
