·         Description:  I'm not going to embellish and go on forever about this book. Everyone knows this is one of the most significant comic books ever printed. It has transended time and generations and language and today Superman movies and books are read all over the world. As you can see from the pictures, it is in poor condition and obviously the person who owned this book never believed in taking care of it. Please see the description remember that allthough this book is in poor shape, IT IS still Superman number 1. The book is being sold as is because I will endeavor to list everything that is wrong. This is an amazing piece of history and when was the last time you saw a Superman 1 up for sale in any condition? I hate to let it go but I really have no choice. I reserve the right to end this auction if I think it appropriate. 

·         Condition, Page & Color Quality: The comic is in poor and delicate condition, but it is complete. Someone used some tape on the spine and on the front cover. The pages are tanned to light brown and though not brittle, have seen better days. As you can see in the pictures, there are pieces missing on the front and back cover. I have no idea what the value of this book would be in this condition so I'll let the comic buyers determine that. Again, let me repeat. This comic is being sold as is and I will not take any returns.
