** Our systems also communicate back to your ebay buyers page and updates your purchase with shipping information and tracking numbers.
** In addition, we strive to answer your emails as quickly as possible. Please send ALL communication via the ebay email system. (Do not include notes with paypal payments or invoice requests - they cannot be read by our automated systems)
** Finally, since we are a normal business operation, we have a staff of customer service employees ready to answer your phone calls on Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm Mountain Standard time.

SHIPPING TIME:
** The ebay rating system measures the amount of time that our company takes to ship your order. We are proud to say that our shipping time is excellent. Our warehouse ships orders Monday thru Friday. Your order normally ships within one business day upon receiving your cleared payment.
** Please remember that UPS and USPS delivery times are out of our control and are not a part of the ebay seller rating system. Also, please remember that it is normal that UPS takes five business days to ship cross country. Delivery signature is required on all orders over $250.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING for International Customers:
** We offer fair and reasonable shipping and handling charges. We ship all international orders via the US Postal Service. All of our listings clearly show the shipping costs and USPS shipping options before you make your purchase.

** Federal law requires us to put merchandise values on all merchandise being shipped internationally.
** International customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees.

COMBINED SHIPPING for International Customers:
** We are always happy to combine your orders to save your money. In most cases, the ebay system will automatically calculate the shipping costs.
** If this listing shows that we have more than one piece available, the ebay listing will provide shipping costs if you want to buy more than one of the same item. Simply click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab located below the picture.
** If you are buying several light weight items, the ebay system will not calculate shipping correctly. To receive combined shipping, simply finish your purchases and request an invoice!
