Antique Schwinn Green Hornet Bicycle for restoration

Hello, I am offering this vintage Schwinn Bike for auction. The Parts are all there, even the grips. There is considerable rust and corrosion and the tires are flat. The bones are all there, it needs some one with the time expertise to restore it. The decals reads Hornet, see photos. Please look at the pictures to see condtion.
