Here is an awesome old neon lighted clock. It has 2 glass panes on the top of the clock which have painted on the outside of the glass the words/name of SHAKELTON'S CABINS. The painted words are missing paint as can be seen in the photos below, they are weathered as they are painted on the outside of the glass. I bought this at an estate sale of an old bar & soda gas station in Burr, Mn. However, there is no lake in Burr so I am guessing it came from a nearby lake like Lake Cochran Resort many years ago. The clock works great and has a big red marker on the second had and reverse painted "second" marks on the glass face. The clock meas. about 32" tall by 24 1/4" wide at the top part. The clock face is about 21 1/4" in dia. The all metal body of the clock has some paint wear and some rust, otherwise it's very nice for its old age.I can't find a manf. name and I don't want to take it apart to look for a name. A very neat old advertising clock for sure. We do our very best to describe and picture item and because we don't know everything about anything you are buying as is. We will gladly combine auctions for items that end on the same day, if we find it possible for them to be packed together.
