You can own the sports car that spirited actor Eric McCormack to the studios where he rehearsed and shot WILL & GRACE for eight amazing seasons. Like his character, Will Truman, this car is impeccable, well-appointed, and built to blow past anything that gets in its way.
This 1999 sleek, silver Porsche Boxster has approximately 25,000 original miles and boasts a jet black leather interior and gleaming chrome wheels. The famed NBC Studios in Hollywood gifted it to Mr. McCormack for the unsurpassed critical acclaim that his series received. Like Will, the car has been pampered, looks fabulous for its age, and swears it never had any work done. Maintenance records and a detailed condition report will be made available to qualified buyers.
Many a celebrity has ridden in the Porsche, though Eric is humble about the details: “I can only tell you that the stellar friends, the memories, and the adventures that I’ve had in this car are noteworthy. I hate to give it up, but my wife Janet & I feel strongly that the sexiest kind of vehicle is the one that delivers meals to those who are in need.”
Project Angel Food is a Los Angeles-based agency that nourishes the body and spirit of men, women, and children affected with breast cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other serious illnesses. Each day, over a thousand meals are lovingly prepared and hand-delivered to people who cannot afford both food and their medications. Project Angel Food has delivered more than five million meals free of charge, and some clients have shared that without this support, they would have to carefully ration food that they receive from neighbors or even trashcans. Net proceeds from the sale of this car will go towards purchasing another van for their fleet, which will deliver love, friendship and a nutritional meal to those who often feel forgotten.
Eric McCormack has kindly agreed to write a personalized greeting within the car, and he has filled the glove box with WILL & GRACE DVDs and other merchandise from his own collection.
Join Will in bringing Grace back into the lives of those who have an uncertain future.

Eric McCormack here. I’ve been involved with Project Angel Food for over ten years and my wife, Janet, is on the Board of Directors. I want to tell you about something we’re doing.
In 1999, after my series WILL & GRACE did so well in it’s first season, our network, NBC, graciously presented we four actors with brand new Porsche Boxsters! Incredible. For the next seven seasons, it was pretty common to see my sleek silver Porsche parked beside Debra Messing’s black one. The cars became synonymous with the show, and still make for a good story. But now it’s time to give back.
Because I believe so strongly in Project Angel Food’s mission to nourish the body and spirit of men, women, and children affected with breast cancer, HIV/AIDS, and other serious illnesses, I’m donating my li’l sports car (and all its memories) to the agency. And you can buy it!
This 1999 sleek, silver Porsche Boxster has only 24,601 original miles and boasts a jet black leather interior and gleaming chrome wheels.
Oh, it’s got a few tiny nicks, and a little scratch over one of the back wheels. But the history! Sean Hayes and I leaning on the trunk, talking about the day’s rehearsal; zipping through the hills to Megan Mullally’s house (for her surprise wedding); talking about the car on Leno and Conan. I hate to give it up, but Janet and I feel strongly that the sexiest kind of vehicle is the one that delivers meals to those who are in need.
The car will be on the auction block at www.CharityFolks.com through 3pm, September 5, along with ten other exciting “Hollywood Experience” items.
Each day, volunteers and staff lovingly prepare and hand-deliver more than 1,400 meals to people who cannot afford both food and their medications. In its nearly 20-year history, Project Angel Food has delivered more than five million meals free of charge, and some clients have shared that without this support, they would have to carefully ration food that they receive from neighbors or even trashcans. Net proceeds from the sale of this car will go towards purchasing another van for their fleet, which will deliver love, friendship and a nutritional meal to those who often feel forgotten.
I will include a personalized greeting within the car and also an autographed WILL & GRACE DVD collection. I could sell this fine sports car to anyone looking for a Porsche, and give the money to Angel Food. But I wanted it to go to someone who will truly appreciate not only its history, but also the wonderful organization he or she is supporting.
So spread the word: Will Truman’s Boxster’s on the block!
Best, Eric

And if a lucky Los Angeles native wants the car? "If the winner lives in L.A., I'll drive it to them personally," Eric says. "And of course, I'll autograph DVDs of Will & Grace."
