An exquisite hand made Czech Art Deco Glass Jeweled Filigree Perfume Bottle. Miniature filigree perfume bottles first appeared in Czechoslovakia (present day Czech Republic) during the Art Deco period and quickly became highly sought after collectibles. These little bottles are referenced in many art glass and perfume bottle history books and are a fabulous collector's item, as well as wonderful and unique gifts. Today, they are again being masterfully hand crafted by skilled artisans in the Czech Republic. This particular bottle is made from cobalt blue glass which is encased in a gold tone filigree on 3 sides and adorned with one large, marquise shaped and two medium round slightly opalescent blue glass stones on the front panel of the bottle. All stated measurements are approximate and through the highest, widest and deepest points. It is intended primarily as a collectible, but customers report using it for perfume, essential or fragrance oil.
